Frequently Asked Question

For Hospitality clients, our pricing is fixed per annum but special pricing is applicable for hotels with low room count. For Facility Management clients, our pricing is user based. Please contact sales@getmymessage.co for any additional questions you might have.

Free Trials are not available.

Yes. We have integration with Hotel PMS like Opera and CAFM like Maximo.

MessageBox has a robust backup policy – allowing for any point backup, multi data center backup and defined RTO and RPO.

Onsite and/or Remote Training are available. We also arrange refresher training on request.

We live in a very dynamic environment having to adapt constantly. Likewise you will see regular updates on our iOS, Android and Web application.

MessageBox undergoes regular Vulnerability Assessments(VA). Our applications are hosted on Amazon AWS, which follows leading industry standards – https://aws.amazon.com/security/. We use HTTPS protocol with 256-bit encryption by default.

Our Android app also passed an approved Google  security assessment allowing us to use the Security badge in the Data Safety Form of the Android App.

Our application is hosted at AWS Ireland and accordingly, we mirror our uptime guarantee provided by AWS as per their Instance-Level uptime percentage.
